摘要：目的 探討自拟通脉益心汤对高血压患者的临床疗效及血液流变学指标的影响。方法 选取2017年8月—2018年7月菏泽市中医医院收治的140例气虚血瘀型高血压患者，按随机数字表法分为对照组70例及研究组70例。2组均采取相同的运动锻炼和饮食指导，对照组予以苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗，研究组则加用自拟通脉益心汤治疗。观察2组疗效，比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分及血液流变性指标，评价2组安全性。结果 研究组治疗总有效率较对照组显著增加（P<0.05）;治疗后2组中医证候积分及血细胞比容（HCT）、血浆黏度（ηp）、全血黏度（（ηb）等血液流变学指标明显低于治疗前（P<0.05），且研究组的降低幅度显著优于对照组（P<0.05）;2组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 自拟通脉益心汤对高血压患者具有较好疗效，可有效改善其临床症状及血液流变学指标，且治疗安全性较高。

Effect of Self-made Tongmai Yixin Decoction on Clinical Efficacyand Hemorheology Index of Hypertension Patients

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of self-made Tongmai Yixin Decoction on the clinical efficacy and hemorheology index of hypertension patients. Methods： 140 hypertension patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type， who were admitted to Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Heze City from August 2017 to July 2018， were divided into a control group and a research group according to the random number table method， 70 cases per group. Both groups took the same exercise and diet guidance. The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablets and the research group was treated with self-made Tongmai Yixin decoction. The curative effect and TCM syndrome scores and hemorheology indexes of the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment and the safety of the two groups was evaluated. Results： The total effective rate of the research group increased significantly when compared with that of the control group （P<0.05）. After treatment， the TCM syndrome scores and hematocrit （HCT）， plasma viscosity （ηp） and whole blood viscosity （ηb） were significantly lower than the pre-treatment （P<0.05）， and the reduction of the study group was significantly more than that of the control group （P<0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment （P>0.05）. Conclusion： The self-made Tongmai Yixin Decoction has a good curative effect on patients with hypertension and can effectively improve its clinical symptoms and hemorheology indexes and the treatment is of high safety.

高血压疾病因先天遗传或后天环境共同作用所引起，临床表现以血压明显升高为主，伴有失眠、头晕和心悸等症状，同时导致心脑肾等脏器受损，从而导致脑梗死、心律失常及冠心病等相关疾病[1]。据临床调查研究发现，全球范围内每年大约有1700万人次死于高血压及其所致的相关疾病[2]。随着社会的快速发展，高血压每年患病人数不断增加，并成为威胁人类身心生命安全的“隐形杀手”。目前临床对原发性高血压的患病机制尚不完全清楚，且该病难以治愈，仅采取降压药物控制血压，然而随着降压药物服用时间的增加，药物所致的毒副反应也逐渐凸显，因此寻找即有效又安全的治疗药物迫在眉睫[3]。……
