摘要：文章结合德化县农村环境连片整治工程，介绍了项目示范区内的环境现状，阐述了农村环境连片整治原则，并从饮用水水源地保护、生活垃圾收集转运、生活污水收集处理和畜禽养殖污染防治四个方面对整治工程内容进行了重点分析，以期为农村环境连片整治工程提供有益参考。

Analysis on design and construction points of rural environment continuous improvement project in Dehua county

Abstract：In this paper，combined with the rural environment continuous improvement project in Dehua county，the environmental status in the project demonstration area is introduced，and the principles of continuous rural environmental remediation are elaborated.The contents of the renovation project are analyzed from four aspects：protection of drinking water source， collection and transportation of domestic waste，collection and treatment of domestic sewage and pollution prevention and control of livestock and poultry breeding，so as to integrate the rural environment the treatment project provides useful reference.

1 连片整治工程概况

1.1 项目示范区范围

德化县位于福建省中部、泉州市西北部，处于闽江、晋江上游，饮用水源的保护问题不仅关系到本县居民的健康，而且涉及下游人民的饮用水安全，属于可以充分发挥连片整治效果的饮用水水源集中区、重要湖库，改善德化县生态环境质量可以保障下游水环境质量，促进区域经济可持续发展。而南埕镇、雷峰镇、水口镇作为德化县的重点旅游乡镇，环境保护工作亟待加强，因此，选取德化县南埕镇、雷峰镇、水口镇作为环境连片整治示范片区。

1.2 项目环境问题现状

对德化县农村环境现状进行调查，发现环境问题较为突出，主要表现在以下几个方面。

1.2.1 飲用水污染问题

示范区内村庄饮用水水源地多为水库，无任何保护设施，受畜禽排泄物的污染影响，部分饮用水源水质存在超标现象，直接影响到农村饮用水质量。

1.2.2 生活污水污染问题

项目范围内人口居住分散，约70%以上的农户还是使用旱厕，没有化粪池、户用沼气池等，大部分生活污水未经收集处理，直接排入附近沟渠和水体，已对浐溪水质造成了严重影响。……
