摘要：近年来，垃圾焚烧发电技术逐步成为我国生活垃圾处理的主流工艺。随着环保要求的不断提高，环保部门对垃圾焚烧发电厂的废水排放指标要求越来越严格。因此，合理利用垃圾焚烧发电厂产生的废水，提高垃圾焚烧发电厂的用水效率，实现垃圾焚烧发电厂废水零排放，不仅可减少垃圾焚烧发电厂对环境的压力，同时还可以节约电厂的用水成本。本文将以广州市第一资源热力电厂为例，根据该厂废水水质特点，探讨实现废水零排放的工艺。

Abstract：In recent years， waste incineration power generation technology has gradually become the mainstream technology of domestic waste treatment in China.With the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements， the environmental protection department has more and more strict requirements on wastewater discharge index of waste incineration power plant.Therefore，reasonable use of waste water generated by the waste incineration power plant， improve the water efficiency of the waste incineration power plant，and realize zero discharge of waste water from the waste incineration power plant can not only reduce the pressure of the waste incineration power plant on the environment，but also save the water cost of the power plant.This paper will take Guangzhou No.1 resources thermal power plant as an example，according to the characteristics of wastewater quality of the plant， to explore the process of zero wastewater discharge.

相对传统生活垃圾的填埋处理方式，采用垃圾焚烧发电实现对垃圾的减量化、无害化资源化处理，已成为国内许多大城市解决“垃圾围城”问题首选途径[1]。截止2018年底，生活垃圾焚烧发电项目已遍布全国各省、直辖市、自治区，已建成垃圾焚烧发电厂401座，年处理垃圾1.3×108t，年发电量4.881×1010kw·h。广州市作为一线城市，目前已有7个垃圾焚烧发电项目投产。

1 垃圾焚烧发电厂废水零排放的必要性

垃圾焚烧发电厂运营过程中主要产生的废水主要包括垃圾储坑经垃圾发酵后产生的渗滤液、制备除盐水过程中产生的废水（以下简称除盐废水）、厂区生活產生的生活污水（以下简称生活污水）、循环水池排污过程中产生的废水（以下简称循环水排污水）、冷却炉渣产生的炉渣水（以下简称炉渣水）、冲洗地磅区域的冲洗污水（以下简称地磅冲洗水）、垃圾卸料平台冲洗产生的污水以及主厂房区域地面冲洗产生的废水。……
