【摘  要】高效的设备管理对企业的正常经营和经济效益获取具有重要的作用。现代设备管理立足于提升企业的现代化水平，做好现代设备管理必须从人才队伍培养、制度规范和理念更新等方面做好工作。论文从现代设备管理的现状出发，提出其存在的问题，并阐明做好现代设备服务管理具有的重要意义，进而提出做好现代设备服务管理工作所要采取的措施。

【Abstract】Efficient equipment management plays an important role in the normal operation and the acquisition of economic benefits of enterprises. Modern equipment management is based on improving the modernization level of enterprises. In order to do well the modern equipment management， we must do a good job in training of talents team， system and regulation， concept updating and other aspects. Starting from the current situation of modern equipment management， this paper puts forward the existing problems of it， expounds the important significance of modern equipment service and management， and then puts forward the measures to be taken to do well the modern equipment service and management work.

1 引言

市场经济的发展为企业带来了难得的发展机遇，同时，市场竞争的日益激烈也是企业面临的严峻挑战。企业开展经营活动的主要目标就是争取能够获得良好的经济效益，这也是企业一切工作所应围绕的中心。企业设备管理应当围绕企业的中心工作来实现自身管理的规范化、制度化和科学化。

2 企业设备管理工作的现状

现代企业为了提高生产效率大规模采用了先进的设备，这对于提高企业的核心竞争力无疑是具有巨大好处的，但是先进设备的大规模采用对设备管理工作带来了新的难题。一般而言，现代化的生产设备都具有功能综合性强、生产工序多、设备结构相对复杂等特点，因此，对现代设备要进行综合系统性管理，保证整个服务体系能够运转良好。面对现代设备管理方面的新要求，传统的设备管理方式愈发显得无力和不足，主要表现在以下几个方面。

2.1 设备管理的重心存在偏差
