摘要：目的  觀察在手术室护理中应用全程无缝隙护理的效果。方法  选取2018年10月～2019年10月我院收治的140例手术患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各70例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用全程无缝隙护理，比较两组手术期间应激反应指标（心率、收缩压、舒张压）、焦虑评分、抑郁评分以及并发症发生情况。结果  观察组手术期间心率、收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论  在手术室护理中的应用全程无缝隙护理有助于促进手术的顺利开展，改善手术过程中患者的应激反应，降低其焦虑、抑郁评分，降低术后并发症的发生率。

The Effect of Full-seam Seamless Nursing in Operating Room Nursing and

Its Impact on Patient Prognosis

Abstract：Objective  To observe the effect of applying full-seam seamless nursing in operating room nursing and its effect.Methods  A total of 140 surgical patients admitted in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research object. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method， 70 cases each. The control group received routine nursing， and the observation group received full-seam seamless nursing， comparing the stress response indexes （heart rate， systolic blood pressure， diastolic blood pressure）， anxiety score， depression score， and complications during the operation.Results  The heart rate， systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group during operation were lower than the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）; the anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were lower than the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）; The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion  The application of full-seam seamless nursing in the operating room nursing can help promote the smooth operation of the operation， improve the patient's stress response during the operation， reduce their anxiety and depression scores， and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.

手术室护理（operating room care）是手术顺利进行的重要组成部分，手术室护理是一项时间长、工作量大的工作，容易出现护理差错，影响手术护理效果。随着医疗水平的不断提高，手术室护理的要求也不断提出了更高要求。全程无缝隙手术室护理模式是对手术室护理的优化，及时改进和堵漏，以确保整个护理过程的完整、连续，确保手术的质量和顺利进行[1]。目前关于全程无缝隙护理在手术室护理中的应用安全性和可行性研究较少。本研究结合2018年10月～2019年10月我院收治的140例手术患者临床资料，分析全程无缝隙护理在手术室护理中的应用效果及其对改善患者预后的影响，现报道如下。

1资料与方法
