[摘要] 目的 探讨个性化口腔护理方法应用于口腔颌面外科护理效果。方法 方便收集2016年7月—2019年7月该院口腔颌面外科收治602例患者的病历资料，按照患者入院顺序单双号对其进行分组，单号者301例归为对照组，采用常规护理方法，双号者301例归为观察组，采用个性化口腔护理方法，对比分析两组的护理效果。结果 观察组患者护理后口腔颌面伤口恢复优良率为96.68%，显著高于对照组的78.07%，两组比较（χ2=47.225，P<0.05）。观察组术后并发症发生率11.96%较对照组的25.58%明显要低，两组比较（χ2=18.314，P<0.05）。观察组患者对护理工作满意度为95.02%，明显高于对照组护理工作满意度73.09%，两组比较（χ2=53.984，P<0.05）。结论 对口腔颌面外科患者实施个性化口腔护理有助于患者口腔颌面伤口的恢复，降低术后并发症发生率，提高患者护理满意度，具有较高的应用推广价值。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of personalized oral nursing methods applied in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods The medical records of 602 patients admitted to oral and maxillofacial surgery from July 2016 to July 2019 were conveniently collected， and the patients were grouped according to the order of admission. The 301 patients were classified as the control group， using conventional nursing methods. 301 patients with double numbers were classified into the observation group， and personalized nursing methods were used to compare and analyze the nursing effects of the two groups. Results The excellent recovery rate of oral and maxillofacial wounds in the observation group was 96.68% after nursing， which was significantly higher than 78.07% in the control group. The comparison between the two groups was（χ2=47.225， P<0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 11.96%， which was significantly lower than the control group's 25.58%. The comparison between the two groups was （χ2=18.314， P<0.05）. Patients in the observation group had a satisfaction with nursing work of 95.02%， which was significantly higher than that in the control group with 73.09%. The comparison between the two groups was（χ2=53.984， P<0.05）. Conclusion Personalized oral care for patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery can help patients recover from oral and maxillofacial wounds， reduce the incidence of postoperative complications， and improve patient satisfaction with care. It has high application value.

伴随经济的发展，社会的进步，人们生活水平显著提高，饮食结构、习惯发生了巨大变化，口腔疾病发病率日益增长，严重影响患者的生命健康。口腔护理的应用在口腔颌面外科患者护理中非常重要，并且会直接影响治疗效果。常规口腔护理方法没有针对性，容易造成伤口裂开、出血、疼痛明显，而且常常清洁不彻底，从而引发感染[1-3]。我科根据患者实际病情为患者制定个性化口腔护理方法，显著提高护理效果和患者满意度。为了研究个性化口腔护理方法应用于口腔颌面外科护理中的效果，该院对2016年7月—2019年7月在口腔颌面外科住院的602例患者进行护理观察，选取301例患者实施个性化口腔护理方法，最终取得了较为良好的效果，现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

方便收集该院口腔颌面外科住院患者共602例，将所有入选者随机分成两组。其中对照组301例，男性为151例，女性为150例;年龄为18～68岁，均龄为（43.82±4.24）岁。……
