摘要：从供给侧改革视角分析，黄河口三角洲地区面临经济结构调整与转型，提升区域核心竞争力。本文在对黄河三角洲地区物流业与制造业发展进行深入分析的基础上，构建了两业联动耦合协同度评价模型，对黄河三角洲地区2011-2018年的物流系统与制造业系统的耦合协调性进行实证分析，依据评价结果有针对性的提出了加强黄河三角洲地区两业联动模式以及产业结构升级的对策和建议。

Abstract： From the perspective of supply-side reform， the Yellow River Estuary Delta is facing economic restructuring and transformation， enhancing regional core competitiveness. Based on an in-depth analysis of the development of the logistics industry and the manufacturing industry in the Yellow River Delta， this paper builds an evaluation model of the coupling degree of the two industries， and conducts an empirical analysis of the coupling and coordination between the logistics system and the manufacturing system of the Yellow River Delta from 2011 to 2018. Based on the evaluation results， it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the linkage model of the two industries in the Yellow River Delta and upgrading the industrial structure.

0  引言

制造业作为物流业发展的需求基础，物流已成为制造业高速发展和转型升级的关键保障。两业深入融合发展，有利于制造业从供应链角度降低成本，提高生产效率，促进产业升级;也有利于物流企业深入对接制造业物流需求，全面提升服务能力与水平;更有利于深入实施国家创新驱动战略，助推两业模式变革与转型升级，形成物流业与制造业协同发展的新优势。

作为我国最具发展潜力的大河三角洲之一，黄河三角洲地区经济发展迅速，但尚处于起步阶段，大多数制造业仍然采用物流环节自营的模式，不愿意与物流业合作，物流需求持续上升，规模加速扩大。在这个大背景下，从供给侧改革的视角，研究黄河三角洲地区制造业与物流业的联动发展，充分利用区位优势，互利共赢是必然选择。
