摘要：市场经济的快速发展、建筑行业的不断兴起，使得我国建筑项目属相呈现逐年增加的趋势。建筑项目数量的持续增加，使得建筑行业之间的竞争更加激烈。而建设企业的经济效益的增加、竞争力的增强必须要先从项目管理层上进行改进优化，工程造价审计工作的开展能够为项目管理提供可靠有效的保障。现就主要针对工程造价审计对项目管理的影响展开深入探究，先是分析工程造价审计在项目管理中的应用情况，其次阐述开展工程造价审计对项目管理的重要性，最后分析工程造价审计对项目管理的积极影响。

Abstract： The rapid development of the market economy and the continuous rise of the construction industry have made the number of construction projects in China increase year by year. The continuous increase in the number of construction projects has made the competition between the construction industries more intense. The increase in economic benefits and the enhancement of competitiveness of construction enterprises must first be improved and optimized from the project management level. The implementation of engineering cost audit work can provide reliable and effective guarantee for project management. In-depth research is mainly conducted on the impact of project cost auditing on project management. Firstly， the application of project cost auditing in project management is analyzed. Secondly， the importance of project cost auditing in project management is described. Finally， the positive impact of project cost audit on project management is analyzed.

0  引言

工程造价审计是项目管理中不可缺失的重要部分，对施工项目的高效管理有着重要影响。在工程项目管理中积极贯彻落实好审计工作，能够最大限度的节省管理成本，这也是工程项目管理实施审计工作非常明显的优势之一。
