【摘 要】  教学与科研互动模式是一种将教师的科学研究与课堂教学融合共建的教学手段，也是着眼于培养创新型高素质人才的有效方法。文章介绍了在高校教学过程中科研互动模式的现状和问题，并从教学内容、教学方式、科研平台3个方面阐述教学与科研互动模式在《中药化学》教学设计中的探索与实践，为提高中医药专业人才质量提供有益参考。

Research in the Course of Chemistry of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract： The interaction mode of teaching and scientific research is a teaching method that integrates teachers scientific research and classroom teaching， and it is also the effective way to train innovative and high-quality talents. This paper introduces the current situation and existing problems of the interactive mode of teaching and scientific research in Colleges and universities， and expounds the exploration and practice of the interaction mode of teaching and scientific research in the course design of Chemistry of Traditional Chinese Medicine from three aspects of teaching content， teaching method and research platform， so as to provide useful reference for improving the quality of professionals of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

習近平主席提出“办好我国高校，办出世界一流大学，必须牢牢抓住全面提高人才培养能力这个核心点”。提高人才培养质量，是高校工作的重中之重。高校教师通过教学、科研的结合与互动[1]，教师可完善并更新自身知识结构，实实际际的有可教之物，学生在知识、能力、情感价值观层面均得到提升，扎扎实实的学有所得。

《中药化学》是学生公认难度较大的一门专业课程。笔者根据讲授课累积的经验，探讨教学与科研互动模式在《中药化学》课程中的应用，将科研方法、成果等有效地引入教学环节，将科研优势积极向教学优势转化，为提高人才培养质量进行了一些有益的探索。

1 教学与科研互动模式的现状及存在问题

“教而不研则浅，研而不教则空”。教学和科研是高校的两大工作重心。教学和科研的互动模式，是将科研的思路、方法、成果以及最新动态，引入教学过程，是提高教学效果以及人才培养质量的有效手段之一。……
