摘 要：绝缘油耐压测试仪是对绝缘油的介电强度进行检测的专用仪器，其测试结果的准确与否对电力设备安全运行至关重要。为确保绝缘油耐压测试仪检测结果的可靠性，人们需要定期对其进行校准。本文在介绍绝缘油耐压测试仪基本原理的基础上，构建了绝缘油耐压测试仪校准装置，并给出了校准结果的不确定度。不确定度评定结果表明，所构建的绝缘油耐压测试仪校准装置可满足相关规程中规定的1级或以下等级绝缘油耐压测试仪的校准要求。

Research on Calibration Technology of Insulation Oil Withstand

Voltage Tester

Abstract： The insulating oil withstand voltage tester is a special instrument for detecting the dielectric strength of insulating oil， whose accuracy of the test results is crucial to the safe operation of electric equipment. In order to ensure the reliability of the test results of the insulating oil withstand voltage tester， people need to calibrate it regularly. Based on the introduction of the basic principles of the insulating oil withstand voltage tester， this paper built a calibration device for the insulating oil withstand voltage tester， and gave the uncertainty of the calibration results. Uncertainty evaluation results show that the constructed insulating oil withstand voltage tester calibration device can meet the calibration requirements of insulating oil withstand voltage tester of level 1 or below specified in the relevant regulations.

1 绝缘油耐压测试仪的基本原理
