摘 要：随着经济的高速发展，城市化速度不断加快，资源需求持续增加，使得环境污染十分严重，生态保护成为人们迫切需要关注的问题。城市交通拥堵影响人们的正常生活，阻碍城市的可持续发展，生态交通概念的提出为解决交通拥堵指明了新方向。本文以此为出发点，对交通拥堵的成因和问题进行调研，并提出发展生态交通的具体意见。

Research on Urban Ecological Transportation Construction

Abstract： With the rapid economic development， the speed of urbanization continues to accelerate， and the demand for resources continues to increase， making environmental pollution very serious， and ecological protection has become an urgent issue that people need to pay attention to. Urban traffic congestion affects people's normal lives and hinders the sustainable development of cities， the concept of ecological transportation points out a new direction for solving traffic congestion. This paper took this as a starting point， investigated the causes and problems of traffic congestion， and put forward specific opinions on the development of ecological transportation.

當前，我国持续加大矿产资源开采力度，其环境负面影响越来越明显，环境污染已经严重影响社会经济的健康发展。生态保护成为未来工作的重点。交通是城市建设的基础组成部分，生态交通建设需求越来越迫切。生态交通建设是在缓解现有交通问题的基础上，为人们提供更好的交通出行体验，并且与生态环境建设相融合，以绿色、节能、环保、循环和可持续发展为目标，消除交通运输给环境造成的污染，降低资源消耗，合理配置资源，倡导绿色健康的交通方式，建立良好的交通生态体系[1-2]。我国部分大城市交通拥堵严重，环境污染加剧，已经成为影响城市经济发展和吸引高端人才定居的障碍。在这样的情况下，发展生态交通，建立可持续性发展的交通体系，是控制城市扩容与促进交通发展的有效措施之一。大中城市交通拥堵严重，更应该筹建生态交通体系，用于缓解交通拥堵带来的问题。
