摘 要：空调系统可以调整和控制汽车内部环境温度、湿度、清洁度及空气流动，保持舒适的乘车环境，降低乘员旅途疲劳，为驾驶员提供良好的驾驶条件，有效提高汽车驾驶安全系数。由于空调系统零件结构复杂，管线路较多，故障诊断及故障排除存在较大难度。本文详细分析了空调系统常见故障的诊断及排除方法，为日常汽车空调的使用与维护提供有效指导。

Abstract： The air-conditioning system can adjust and control the internal temperature， humidity， cleanliness and air flow of the car， maintain a comfortable riding environment， reduce the occupant's journey fatigue， provide drivers with good driving conditions， and effectively improve the driving safety factor of the car. Due to the complicated structure of the air conditioning system parts and the large number of pipelines， it is difficult to diagnose and troubleshoot the fault. This paper analyzed in detail the diagnosis and elimination methods of common faults in air conditioning systems， and provided effective guidance for the daily use and maintenance of automotive air conditioners.

近些年，空调系统由轿车专用扩展到商用车上。本文以五菱荣光车型为例，详细介绍了汽车空调系统的主要部件，列举了五菱荣光车型常见的空调系统故障和维修措施，为用户使用车辆和售后空调系统故障检修提供助力。

1 五菱荣光车型空调系统各部件

1.1 空调系统概述

五菱荣光使用的制冷剂（也称冷媒）为R1134a，它也可表示为HFC134a（CH2FCF3，四氟乙烷），其与矿物油不相溶，需要配合使用合成冷冻机油，如PAG类冷冻机油。制冷剂R1134a存放温度为5～49 ℃，温度过低会影响产品后续正常使用，过高可能出现安全问题。

进行冷媒加注、空调管连接等与制冷剂相关的操作时，应佩带无纤维手套和护目镜，连接完成后必须按要求打紧连接部分的螺栓扭力[1]。空调管连接时，必须检查密封圈完好无破损并在密封圈周圈涂抹冷冻机油。更换蒸发器时，必须往系统内加注30～50 mL合成冷冻机油。不能在封闭的环境中及靠近火源的地方拆修空调制冷系统或处理制冷剂。……
