摘  要：随着国民教育水平的不断提高，社会上培育的大学生数量越来越多，大学生的就业市场日益严峻，伴随竞争压力与日俱增，大学生就业问题已成为社会热点话题。而大学生的心理资本状况对其可就业能力的影响占据极其重要的地位，因此，研究认为要提升大学生的可就业能力还需从其自身能力及综合实践能力方面拓展，才能够在就业市场中获得优势。因此，本文研究以体育专业大学生将来的可就业能力和心理资本之间的关系为出发点，探索体育专业大学生心理资本与可就业能力的总体水平并研究两者之间的各因子间的联系以帮助提升其实际就业能力。

Abstract：With the continuous improvement of national education level， the number of college students cultivated in society is increasing， the employment market of college students is becoming more and more severe， and with the increasing competitive pressure， the problem of college students'employment has become a hot topic in society. However， the psychological capital status of college students plays an extremely important role in their employability. Therefore， we believe that to enhance their employability， it is necessary to expand their abilities in terms of their own abilities and comprehensive practical abilities. To gain an edge in the job market. Therefore， this paper studies the relationship between employability and psychological capital of college students majoring in Physical Education. To explore the general level of psychological capital and employability of college students majoring in Physical Education， and to study the relationship between the two factors in order to help improve their employability.

隨着国民教育水平的不断提高，社会上培育的大学生数量越来越多，随之而来的就是大学生就业问题的压力，大学生就业对于提高国民经济水平的发展和维持社会稳定有着非常积极的作用，另一方面大学生的就业问题反映的是社会高等教育工作的开展是否顺利，人才强国战略的实施也深受其影响。

本文将以体育专业的大学生为调查对象，对他们的可就业能力和心理资本的现状做一个初步了解，深入研究可就业能力和心理资本之间存在的关系，展开论证心理资本各维度对于可就业压力造成的影响大小、层次、方式等等，以至于通过从心理资本方向寻找提高大学生可就业能力方面提供论证依据。……
