【摘  要】随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展，社会对电力供应的需求也在逐渐增加，电力系统安全运行是当前社会比较重视的方面。為了实现安全可靠的电力服务，应该对电力系统进行科学管控。电力监控包括几个基本要素，如遥调、遥测、遥控等，这种远程监控都离不开通信技术的支持。论文首先就SDH传输技术的相关内容进行阐述，而后分析了监控系统整体功能，最后就如何选择合适的电力通信系统进行了探讨，以期为相关学者带来一定参考。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of the socialist market economy， the social demand for power supply is gradually increasing， and the safe operation of the power system is the focus of the current society. In order to achieve safe and reliable power service， the power system should be managed and controlled scientifically. Power monitoring includes several basic elements， such as remote adjustment， telemetry， remote control， etc.， which cannot be separated from the support of communication technology. This paper firstly describes the relevant content of SDH transmission technology， then analyzes the overall function of the monitoring system， and finally discusses how to choose the appropriate power communication system， so as to provide some reference for relevant scholars.

1 引言

为了实现对电力系统设备的实施监控和数据传输，可以利用先进的数字处理技术、通信技术以及传感器技术等。对电力系统进行监控是为了及时发现电力设备的运行状态和设备周围情况是否存在异常，从而在最快的时间内做出应急策略和给出控制方法，让整体电力系统的运行状态保持安全稳定，实现对电力系统运行状态的远程遥调、遥信、遥测、遥控等功能[1]。在电力监控系统中，电力通信技术是未来的发展趋势。电力监控系统在原有的专用光纤通信网基础上，采用了先进的SDH传输技术，使得监控系统更加智能化，能够实时处理故障问题，实现了报警控制、远程控制、信息管理等功能[2]。

2 SDH传输技术的相关内容

从我国电力监控系统的发展状况来看，SDH传输技术的诞生是必然的。当前的通信发展不再局限于语音和文字，更是包含图像、视频资料、数据等。……
