【摘 要】 目的：卵巢功能减退是指卵巢内产生成熟卵子的能力减退、卵母细胞质量下降，并出现血清E2水平下降，FSH、LH水平上升等表现。同时患者自身会出现闭经、不孕及潮热、情绪易激等一系列症状。如不及时治疗会导致卵巢早衰。本病目前的病因仍不明确，西医治疗主要以激素治疗为主，中医则采用中药、针灸等多种治疗手段，以“补肾调冲”为基本治疗原则。本文作者仅对该病的病因及中医治疗方法作综述。

Advances in Etiology and Treatment by Traditional Chinese Medicineof ovarian dysfunction

[Abstract] Objective：Hypofunction of ovary refers to the decline of the ability to produce mature oocyte， the decline of oocyte quality， and the decrease of serum E2 level， the increase of FSH and LH level in the ovary. At the same time， a series of symptoms such as amenorrhea， infertility， hot flashes and emotional irritability will occur. If not treated in time， it will lead to premature ovarian failure. At present， the etiology of the disease is still unclear. Western medicine mainly relies on hormone therapy， while traditional Chinese medicine uses Chinese medicine， acupuncture and other treatment methods， and the basic treatment principle is "tonifying the kidney and regulating Chong". This article reviews the etiology and treatment of this disease.

卵巢功能减退是指卵巢募集和产生成熟卵子的能力减退，或卵母细胞的质量下降，导致合成配子的能力降低，导致女性患者出现生育能力减退的现象[1]，给现代女性带来极大的精神压力。在现代生活環境中，卵巢功能减退的患者数量远高于卵巢早衰的患者数量。但是关于它的病因，目前仍然不明确。近年来，关于卵巢功能减退的发病率呈现上升趋势，因此本研究在开始之前先回顾了近几年的相关文献，发现本病的病因可能与遗传因素、年龄因素、免疫相关、社会及心理因素、医源性损伤等有关。

1 卵巢功能减退的西医病因研究进展

1.1 遗传因素

遗传相关的卵巢功能减退多伴有家族遗传史。基因突变（FRM 1）、基因多态性表达（GDF9，FSHR和ESR1）、基因异常表达（AMH，LHCGR，IGF1，IGF2，IGF1R，IGF2R和GREM1）和染色体易位等均可以导致卵泡发育出现异常，进而使卵巢功能出现减退[2]。

1.2 年龄因素

年龄已成为卵巢功能减退的公认因素。人自胎儿时期起，卵巢内卵泡数量就已经固定。……
