【摘 要】 目的：分析下肢静脉曲张基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）及基质金属蛋白酶抑制物-2（TIMP-2）水平的表达及价值。方法：选30名下肢静脉曲张患者的静脉组织（观察组）以及30名正常人下肢静脉组织（对照组），用相同方法检测并比较MMP-2及TIMP-2表达水平。结果：光学显微镜下两组MMP-2均可以检测到，但是观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;TIMP-2均可表达，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：下肢静脉曲张患者与MMP-2和TIMP-2的表达异常有关。

Expression and value of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in varicose veins of lower extremities

[Abstract] Objective：To analyze the expression and value of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in varicose veins of lower extremities. Methods： Thirty patients with varicose veins of the lower extremity （observation group） and 30 normal human lower extremity vein tissues （control group） were used to detect and compare the expression levels of MMP-2 and TIMP-2. Results： Matrix metalloproteinase-2 was detected in both groups under light microscope， but the observation group was higher than the control group， the difference was statisticallysignificant（P<0.05）. Matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor-2 could be expressed， but the difference was not statistically significant （P>0.05）. Conclusion： Patients with lower extremity varices are associated with abnormal expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 and matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor-2.

下肢靜脉血液的回流需要靠下肢肌肉的收缩和静脉瓣膜的引导。静脉曲张是由于患者下肢静脉瓣膜无法完整封闭以及引导动力的减弱，使得血液堆积在患者下肢。静脉曲张患者开始时症状较为轻微，检查后只能看到皮肤表面微微凸起的浅蓝色血管，当症状加重时，患者腿部会出现瘙痒、水肿、酸痛感[1]。并且外观上也会发生明显的改变，例如，皮肤外观呈现蜘蛛网状、凸起的血管呈现蚯蚓状，症状加重时皮肤会出现溃烂。当患者下肢的静脉发生破裂时，可能引起患者下肢血管出现静脉血栓，严重者引起慢性肾衰竭，所以下肢静脉曲张近几年来受到了来自国内外学者的关注，众多研究表明，导致下肢静脉曲张的原因与患者自身体内的MMP-2和TIMP-2表达异常有关[2]。本文作者主要探讨下肢静脉曲张MMP-2及TIMP-2水平的表达及价值，并取得了不错的效果，结果研讨如下。
