【摘 要】 目的：优质护理服务对小儿惊厥患者家属的影响。方法：以2016年2月至2018年2月在本院儿科就诊的90例小儿惊厥患者家属为研究对象，采取随机分组将90例患者分为对照组与观察组两组，每组各45人。对照组行常规护理，观察组行优质护理服务，在护理完成后，比较对照组小儿惊厥患者家属与观察组小儿惊厥患者家属的护理满意度以及心理治疗率。结果：在护理满意度及心理治疗率两个指标方面，观察组要优于对照组（P<0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论：优质护理服务能够对小儿惊厥患者家属产生一定的积极影响，相关人士应予以重视。

Effect of quality nursing services on family members of children with convulsions

[Abstract] Objective：To study the effect of high quality nursing service on family members of children with convulsions. Methods： The family of 90 children with convulsions who were admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled in the study. 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups： control group and observation group， with 45 people in each group. The control group received routine nursing care， and the observation group performed quality nursing services. After the nursing was completed， the nursing satisfaction and psychological treatment rate of the family members of the control group and the observation group of children with convulsions were compared. Results： In terms of nursing satisfaction and psychotherapy rate， the observation group was better than the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： High quality nursing service can have a positive impact on the family members of children with convulsions， and relevant people should pay attention to it.

在儿科中存在着一种常见的急症，也就是惊厥，其基本的原理是儿童的大脑运动神经受到了种种因素的影响，出现了突发性的异常放电情况，如此就会导致幼儿的大脑神经元功能紊乱，进而影响儿童的正常生活[1]。从心理状态来看，患者的家长十分担忧其病情，再加上这种疾病存在突发性，很容易给患者家长带来刺激，所以，患者家长会出现很多焦虑的情绪，在患者治疗期间，这种情绪无论是对家属本人还是对治疗过程都是有害无利的[2]。所以，院方除了需要对患儿进行全力救治之外，还应为小儿惊厥患者家属提供护理服务，减轻其心理压力，避免医患纠纷等情况的发生。现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

以2016年2月至2018年2月在本院儿科就诊的90例小儿惊厥患者家属为研究对象，之后采取随机的方式将90例小儿惊厥患者家属分为对照组与观察组两个组别，每组各45人。在对照组中，共有男性小儿惊厥患者家属28名，女性小儿惊厥患者家属17名。……
