【摘  要】在网络革命和计算机革命的浪潮中，现代自动化控制技术也得到了一定程度的改进。其操作模式不再单一，而是逐渐集成、逐渐智能自动化。论文基于石油化工仪表中的自动化控制技術应用进行分析，通过对石油化工仪表中的控制系统的了解，得出保障仪表足够精准、提升智能化和信息化水平、设立安全保护体系、提升人员的素质等优化措施，从而全面阐述了石油化工仪表中的自动化控制技术应用的重要意义。

【Abstract】In the wave of network revolution and computer revolution， modern automation control technology has also been improved to a certain extent. Its operation mode is no longer single， but gradually integrated， gradually intelligent automation. This paper analyzes the application of automation control technology in petrochemical instruments. Through the understanding of the control system of petrochemical instruments， the optimization measures of ensuring the instrument is accurate enough， improving the level of intelligence and informatization， setting up the safety protection system， and improving the quality of personnel are obtained， so as to fully explain the significance of the application of automation control technology in petrochemical instruments.

1 引言

随着现代化科技的快速提升，中国石油化工企业的发展得到了促进。随着科学技术的不断进步，现代石油化工仪器仪表也逐渐趋向自动化、智能化。尤其是在工业生产的过程中，自动检测仪器的优势更加显而易见。在此基础上，本文基于石油化工仪表自动化控制技术进行了分析，并为后续实践提供了一定的参考价值。

2 石油化工仪表中的控制系统

2.1 DCS系统的定义

随着现代工业的快速发展，天然气和石化产品应运而生。它们使得中国的石油资源得到广泛利用并体现出一定的社会收益。在目前，随着我国石化行业使用的DCS数量逐渐增加。它们之中的大多数应用于石化产品。随着时代的推进，DCS系统得到了更快的创新。实际上，在产品性能兼容性、数字控制技术和OPC协议等方面，将创新的DCS系统与传统系统进行了比较分析。……
