摘  要：游泳是一项具有悠久历史的体育运动项目。早期关于游泳这项人类活动，其目的：一是作为上流社会丰富个人生活的休闲娱乐活动;二是为了政治或者社会交往需要。它伴随着人类的生存、社会劳动需要而出现，同时也伴随着像溺水这样的社会问题。本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析等研究方法，从游泳不同存在形式的角度研究其社会价值，从价值链视角提出解决社会问题方法。

Abstract： Swimming is a sports with a long history. Early on the human activity of swimming， its purpose： First， as a leisure and entertainment activity that enriches the personal life of the upper class， and second， for the needs of politics or social interaction. It appears with the survival of human beings and the needs of social labor， as well as social problems such as drowning. By using the methods of literature and logical analysis， this paper studies its social value from the point of view of different existing forms of swimming， and puts forward some methods to solve social problems from the perspective of value chain.

查阅近几月溺水事件新闻报道，从“湖北省安陆市洑水镇红桥村2组水塘溺水事件，3名17岁学生溺亡”到“博白径口镇周垌村2名儿童在一水坑玩水时不幸掉进水坑，溺水身亡”;从“河南省信阳市潢川县1名大人领着4名孩子戏水，全部溺亡”到“广西田林县5名小学生溺水死亡”等，溺水事件铺天盖地，事发地点覆盖全国各地。会游泳的人会溺水，不会游泳的人也会溺水身亡，2类不同的人皆因同一物而产生相同结果的人生悲剧，由此社会现象折射出的一系列社会问题值得人们深思。人类为满足生活、生产劳动需要，游泳运动应运而生，而人类也因应运而生的游泳运动溺水身亡，这种由现象之间解析出来的理论悖论不禁引人思考：游泳运动为何产生？它的社会价值是什么？该如何治理？
