摘  要：随着素质教育改进进程的不断推进，太极拳被列为高等院校体育教育重要内容，通过在二十四式简化太极拳的讲解与示范过程中加入技击方式，切实提升太极拳教学质量与效率，增长学生对太极拳拳式及理论知识的理解水平。基于此，本文就技击意识的培养对太极拳教学效果的影响进行相关概述，旨在充分发挥出技击意识在促进太极拳教学高质高效开展中的积极作用，激发出学生对太极拳的学习兴趣，以供参考。

Abstract： With the improvement of quality education， tai chi is listed as an important content of physical education in colleges and universities， by adding techniques in the explanation and demonstration process of simplified tai chi in 24-style simplification， the teaching quality and efficiency of tai chi can be effectively improved， and the level of students' understanding of tai chi and theoretical knowledge is increased. Based on this， this paper gives an overview of the effect of the cultivation of skill-beating consciousness on the teaching effect of tai chi， aiming to give full play to the positive role of technical attack consciousness in promoting the high-quality and efficient development of tai chi teaching， and to stimulate students' interest in tai chi learning for reference.

1  太極拳教学现状分析

太极拳作为我国武术项目的重要分支，不仅具备强身健体的功能，还具有显著的技击作用，拳式与套路均为技击御敌[1]。在高校太极拳教学活动中，教师往往采用讲解示范的方式，学生模仿教师动作，由教师指出学生动作错误，要求学生充分利用课上与课下时间不断练习太极拳。虽然此种教学效果能够使学生掌握太极拳的基本拳式，但无法正确动作的形韵，更不会了解太极拳动作的技击含义与相关养生原理。学生对太极拳动作感到十分陌生，以至于在后期的学习过程中出现困难，教学效果与预期目标存在较大差距。

因此为切实提升太极拳教学质量与教学效率，充分发挥出技击意识培养在太极拳教学中的重要作用，采用调查问卷等方式，对技击意识对太极拳教学效果的影响进行系统调研，更好优化传统太极拳教学模式。……
