摘  要：2022年，第19届亚运会将在在杭州市举行。目前，保证2022年第19届亚运会的成功举办已成为杭州市委市政府的一个重要任务，也是全国和浙江人民的共同期许。2022年杭州亚运会，不仅是要举办一次成功的体育赛事，还要对杭州的社会文化留下深远影响。本文通过对既有文献资料的研究，进行逻辑分析，从健康生活的推广、国际交流的开放、社会思想的转变、志愿服务的提升及包容性社会的建设5方面来展望杭州亚运会的社会遗产。

Abstract： At present， the host cities and countries of the Asian Games pay more and more attention to creating social heritage by hosting large-scale events. This paper looks forward to the social heritage of Hangzhou Asian Games from five aspects： the promotion of healthy life， the opening of international exchanges， the transformation of social thought， the promotion of voluntary service and the construction of inclusive society through the study of existing literature， logical analysis， expert interviews and the promotion of healthy life， the opening of international exchanges， the transformation of social thought， the promotion of voluntary service and the construction of inclusive society.

杭州作为中国历史文化名城，是良渚文化的源头。同时，杭州市信息化发展成效显著，发展水平稳居全国城市领先地位，是全国“互联网+”程度最高、生活最智慧的城市之一。杭州应当充分利用自身资源，向亚洲乃至世界展现一场“绿色、智能、节俭、文明”的体育盛宴。为实现杭州亚运社会遗产的目标，笔者以《2022年北京冬奥会和冬残奥会遗产战略计划》为理论依据，认为亚运会所创造的社会遗产主要包括了健康生活的推广、国际交流的开放、社会思想的转变、志愿服务的提升及包容性社会的建设5方面。

2022年杭州亚运会极大地激发了杭州地区广大人民群众的体育热情，同时也激起了前所未有的大众体育热潮，各地群众通过各式各样的体育活动，以实际行动来支持杭州亚运会的筹备、举办，杭州市政府……
