摘  要：本文的研究视角以民生为主，在“中原经济区”建设的大背景下，采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法及数理统计法，对新乡市四市辖区、二县级市、六县公共体育服务管理现状进行调查，找出新乡市公共体育服务发展过程中所存在的问题，以期为今后城市公共体育事业的发展提供改革及改进的方向，并希望对其他地、市公共体育发展提供一定的参考依据。

Abstract： This research mainly focuses on the people's livelihood. Under the background of the construction of "Central Plains Economic Zone"， it adopts the methods of literature， interview， questionnaire and mathematical statistics to investigate the current situation of public sports service management in four municipal districts， two county-level cities and six counties of Xinxiang City， and find out the existing problems in the development of public sports service in Xinxiang City， with a view to the future of urban public sports The development of the cause provides the direction of reform and improvement， and hopes to provide some reference for the development of public sports in other places and cities.

公共體育服务是老百姓享受体育锻炼最基本的社会保障之一，也是政府促进均等化、协调化发展函需改善的地方。新乡市作为“中原经济区”核心城市之一，在经济飞速发展的同时，各项公共服务领域应当齐头并进，公共体育服务是老百姓身边最真切、最需要的。因此，如何提升城市公共体育服务管理，直接关系到老百姓的民生改善，同样也有利于城市体育事业的不断完善。

1  研究对象与方法

本文以“中原经济区”核心城之一——新乡市（四市辖区、二县级市、六县）居民作为研究对象，以新乡市公共体育服务管理现状为研究内容。对居民及体育相关负责人进行问卷调查和个别深度访谈，发放问卷群众问卷发放2400份，回收有效问卷2069份，有效回收率为89.3%，发放管理人员问卷40份，回收有效问卷40份。

2  新乡市公共体育服务管理现状
