摘  要：小学阶段的学生年龄尚小，自我控制能力相对较差，而小学田径运动的训练量又相对比较大，因此会影响到训练的效果和田径教学质量。在这种情况下，激发小学生学习田径运动的兴趣与热情是教学工作的方向和重点，也是教学工作的切入点。教师应该首先让学生对田径产生浓厚的兴趣，而后积极主动地投入到田径项目当中，从而为田径教学提供质量保证。

Abstract：The students in primary school are still young， and their self-control ability is relatively poor， while the training amount of track and field in primary school is relatively large， so it will affect the training effect and teaching quality of track and field. In this case， to stimulate the interest and enthusiasm of primary school students to learn track and field is the direction and focus of teaching work， and also the starting point of teaching work. Teachers should first make students have a strong interest in track and field， and then actively invest in track and field events， so as to provide quality assurance for track and field teaching.

小学田径项目是学生德、智、体全面发展的重要内容之一。那么，如何提高学生学习田径的兴趣，增强学生体质，提高学生综合素质是摆在教师面前的重要课题。因此，在小学田径教学过程中，教师应采取有效的教学方法和措施，让学生能够主动地去热爱田径，让田径运动在学生的心目中产生良好的认知，从而有效地促进学生在田径运动中的成长。教师在田径教学过程中需要注意的是，要从传统教学当中提炼出精华，摒弃落后、迂腐、乏味和强迫性的教学方式，与时俱进地搞好田径教学。

1  营造良好教学氛围，激发学习内驱力

在新课标教学背景下，为学生营造良好的教学气氛能够有效地提高学生的学习积极性。在小学田径教学中，教师的教学思想是影响学生学习观念的重要因素。因此，教师教学观念要接地气，贴近学生的生活，了解学生的心理，真正把学生作为教学过程中的主体，了解学生的真实想法，做好教师和学生之间的沟通。……
