摘  要：为提高我国公安干警的能力，稳步推进我国高素质警务人员的建设发展水平，因此实行“教学练站一体化”的警务人员培养模式，为推动我国公安系统的发展与改革事业贡献一份力量，招揽更加优秀的人才进入到公安队伍之中，以期能够更好地行使国家机器的职责，履行为人民服务的使命。基于此，本文将进行“教学练战一体化”视角下的警察体能训练探研，以此来供相关人士交流参考。

Abstract：In order to improve the ability of the public security police and steadily promote the construction and development level of high-quality police personnel in China， the police personnel training mode of  "integration of teaching and training stations"  is implemented to contribute to the development and reform of China's public security system and attract more excellent talents to enter the public security team， so as to better perform the duties of the state machinery to fulfill the mission of serving the people. Based on this， this paper will carry out the research of police physical training from the perspective of  "integration of teaching practice and war"， so as to provide a reference for the exchange of relevant people.

“教学练战一体化”教学模式的提出，为公安干警的人才培养模式提出了新的方法，这样促使着警察的教学理念要进行更加科学合理，具有创新的改进。使教学理论与实践教学更紧密地结合在一起，在提高警校学生在校成绩的同时，也要让学生能够很好地胜任毕业后的地方工作，迅速掌握在工作中的操作要领，成为地方警察队伍中的佼佼者，并且在“教学练战一体化”教学之中教师要注重培养学生灵活应变的能力，因为在实际的工作之中不可能完全会遇到理论之中的问题并有相应可以遵循的解决方法[1]。为我国公安系统提供优质的人才，为我国警务人员储备高质量的人才，是采取“教学练战一体化”教学模式的目标使命之一。
