摘  要：在学校体育运动中，运动损伤的出现在所难免，由于学生运动前准备活动不充分、身体素质相对较差、动作学习不正确等都会造成不同程度、不同形式的运动损伤。本文主要通过对郑州城市学院在校大学生运动损伤“第一反应人”急救知识储备进行研究，通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法，对在校大学生进行调查研究，以达到增加城市学院大学生运动损伤“第一反应人”急救知识的获取途径，使学生掌握最基本的运动损伤急救常识，达到“第一反应人”的初级水平。学校内部应该紧密联系实际，结合体育课进行运动损伤“第一反应人”的急救知识技能学习，增加“第一反应人”的人数比例，防范体育运动过程中面临的人身伤害。

Abstract： In the school sports， the occurrence of sports injury is inevitable， because the preparation of the students is not sufficient， the physical quality is relatively poor， the action learning is not correct， and so on， the sports injuries of different degrees can be caused. This paper mainly studies the first-aid knowledge reserve of the first responders to the sports injury of the college students in Zhengzhou City College， and through the methods of literature， questionnaire and interview， the study of the college students is carried out. In order to achieve that method for acquiring the first-aid knowledge of the sports injury "the first reaction person" of the college students in the city college， the student can master the most basic movement damage first-aid common sense， so that the first-aid knowledge is achieved， The primary level of the reactive person should be closely related to the physical education in the school， the first responder's first-aid knowledge skill learning， the increase of the proportion of the "first responders" and the prevention of personal injury in the course of physical education.

人体在体育运动过程中所发生的损伤称之为运动损伤，运动损伤不同于一般的工作或者日常生活中所受到的损伤，它常常与体育运动项目、技战术特点密切相关，同时也常与运动训练水平、运动环境和条件因素有关。引起运动损伤的原因有很多，例如学生在平时的运动过程中，训练水平不够、身体素质差、动作不正确、缺乏自我保护能力，以及运动前不做准备活动或准备活动不充分、缺乏适应环境的训练等。运动损伤中急性多于慢性，急性损伤治愈不当或过早参加训练等原因可转化为慢性损伤。……
