摘  要：作为海洋强国建设的重要组成部分近年来海洋体育运动蓬勃发展，但国内海洋体育教育却相对滞后。国内涉海类高校虽有开展海洋體育课程教育，但尚未建立完善的课程评价体系。该研究从海洋休闲体育课程体系目标、海洋休闲体育课程内容、海洋休闲体育课程实施、海洋休闲体育课程教学、海洋休闲体育课程价值实现等5个方面对海洋休闲体育课程体系进行评价，提供改进的反馈意见等。该研究对海洋休闲体育课程体系方案进行合理的调整，更好地提高人才培养质量。

Abstract： As an important part of the construction of a powerful marine country， marine sports have developed vigorously in recent years， but domestic marine sports education has lagged behind. Although domestic marine-related universities have carried out marine physical education， they have not yet established a complete curriculum evaluation system. This research evaluates the marine leisure sports curriculum system from five aspects， including the objectives， contents， implementation， teaching and realization of curriculum value， and provides improved feedback. This research makes reasonable adjustments to the curriculum system of marine leisure sports to better improve the quality of personnel training.

十八大报告中首次提出“海洋强国”具有重要现实和战略意义，党的十八大报告指出：“提高海洋开发能力，发展海洋经济，保护海洋生态环境，坚决维护国家海洋权益，建设海洋强国。”党的十九大作出了“坚持陆海统筹，加快建设海洋强国”的战略部署，加快建设海洋强国已经成为中国发展的时代强音，关乎着我国现代化建设和中华民族伟大复兴的历史进程。海洋强国是指在开发海洋、利用海洋、保护海洋、管控海洋方面拥有强大综合实力的国家。作为海洋强国建设的重要组成部分近年来海洋体育运动蓬勃发展，但国内海洋体育教育却相对滞后。国内涉海类高校虽有开展海洋体育课程教育，但尚未建立完善的课程评价体系。该研究在海洋强国的背景下开展对海洋休闲体育课程体系的评价研究，以期促进我国“海洋强国”战略的实施，为培养海洋体育人才提供建设性意见。……
