摘 要：当代社会，工业的快速发展给自然环境带来许多不利影响，实施环保工程成为保护环境的重要途径。为了有效治理环境污染，避免二次污染，人们要将生物技术广泛地应用在环保工程中。本文首先论述了生物技术在环保工程中应用的重要意义，然后分析了环保工程存在的主要问题，最后提出了生物技术在环保工程中的具体应用策略。

Research on Application of Biotechnology in Environmental Engineering

Abstract： In today's society， the rapid development of industry has brought many adverse effects to the natural environment， and implementing environmental protection projects has become an important way to protect the environment. In order to effectively control environmental pollution and avoid secondary pollution， people should widely use biotechnology in environmental protection projects. This paper first discussed the significance of the application of biotechnology in environmental protection engineering， then analyzed the main problems of environmental protection engineering， and finally proposed the specific application strategies of biotechnology in environmental protection engineering.

当前，我国各行各业正在快速发展，人们的生活水平显著提高。但是，工业生产會产生大量污染物，加剧环境污染，破坏生态平衡，影响动植物多样性，导致居民生活环境变差[1-3]。因此，人们要大力推进环保工程，有效保护环境，而生物技术则成为建设现代环保工程、加强环境保护的重要策略。

1 生物技术在环保工程中应用的重要意义

随着社会的进步，人们的环境保护意识越来越强，对环境污染的关注度也越来越高。环境污染主要类型有大气污染、水污染以及固体废弃物污染等[4-7]。大气污染会导致空气质量变差，影响人体健康和其他动物生存;水是生命之源，水污染会直接威胁整个生态圈中动植物的安全;固体废弃物会破坏土壤环境，威胁动物植物正常生长，导致农业生产安全。传统环境保护手段存在较多弊端，部分环境保护工程极易造成二次污染[8-10]，因此，人们要积极采用新技术，优化环境保护工程。
