摘 要：“互联网+”时代背景下，网络与信息技术广泛应用于教育领域，校内课后服务作为基础教育领域的拓展阵地，亟需紧跟时代步伐，进行信息化管理。基于校内课后服务的现状，剖析构建校内课后服务一站式管理平台的意义，并提出该平台模式的具体构建策略，以期为我国基础教育领域内的校内课后服务实现信息化管理提供参考路径，助力我国中小学校内课后服务。

Abstract：Under the background of "Internet+" ， network and information technology are widely used in the field of education. On-campus after-school services， as an extension of the basic education field， should keep up with the pace of the times and be carried with the information management. Based on the characteristics of on-campus after-school services， this paper has analyzed the significance of constructing a one-stop management platform for on-campus after-school services， and proposed the specific construction strategy of the platform model so as to provide reference for the information management of on-campus after-school services in the field of basic education in China， and help the after-school services in our primary and secondary schools.

0 引言

“课后服务”是对社会上存在的各类放学后课程服务的统称，区别于“学校服务”与“社会服务”[1]。校内课后服务就是把校内外各种放学后课程服务统一纳入中小学校园内开展的服务，旨在解决学生的放学后托管难题。该种服务模式强调学校的主体地位，认为学校应充分利用其管理、人员、场地、资源等优势条件，主动承担起课后服务的重任，这十分契合《教育部办公厅关于做好中小学生课后服务工作的指导意见》[2]，全国已有诸多城市的中小学开展了这种模式的课后服务工作。

然而，该服务工作内容十分繁杂，涉及到的参与者众多，如何在“互联网+”背景下利用信息化手段对校内课后服务工作进行高效管理，确保政府、教育主管部门、学校、课后服务机构、教师、家长、学生等诸多参与者之间信息的及时交互，数据的高效传输，成为校内课后服务亟需解决的问题。
