【摘 要】目的：探讨整合医学理念下嵌入式课程在呼吸内科实习医生带教中的应用效果。方法：随机将呼吸内科实习医生分2组，分别为传统教学法（对照组）和整合医学理念下嵌入式课程（试验组），比较两组带教相关指标。结果：试验组教学效果、实习质量均优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：呼吸内科带教中应用整合医学理念下嵌入式课程可提高实习医生教学效果与实习质量。

Abstract： objective： To explore the application effect of embedded curriculum under the integrated medical concept in the teaching of respiratory medicine interns.Methods： The respiratory medicine intern doctors were randomly divided into 2 groups，teaching using the traditional teaching method （control group） and the embedded curriculum under the integrated medical concept （test group），compare the two groups of teaching related indicators.Results： The teaching effect of the experimental group and internship quality were better than the control group， P<0.05.Conclusion： The embedded course under the concept of integrated medicine in the Department of Respiratory Medicine can improve the teaching effect and quality of internship.

呼吸内科教学的理论基础较为抽象，与临床之间易出现脱节现象，学习的难度较高。整合医学理念[1]是将各医学领域的理论知识与实践经验有机整合，并以个体的差异作为出发点，结合人文、社会及地理的变化进行及时更新与完善，形成适宜疾病治疗，并与人体健康相符的新医学体系，可强化学科的联系并增强临床思维。嵌入式[2]一词最早在信息产业被提出，引入医学教育领域的意义为解决实习生的困惑。笔者以整合医学理念为指导，在呼吸内科实习医生带教中，应用了嵌入式课程，取得满意效果，报道如下。

1 对象和方法

1.1 对象 本次研究从2018年4月至2019年4月，对象为呼吸内科74名实习医生，均5年制本科生，按入科时间编序，按照数字随机法分为对照组37名，男21名、女16名，年龄20-24（22.12±0.74）岁;试验组37名，男24名、女13名，年龄20-24（21.83±1.02）岁;两组基本情况比较P>0.05。

1.2 方法 对照组为传统教学法，即将呼吸内科病种作为教学单位，带教医师进行床旁带教、实习医生参与管理患者和基础理论讲解等。内容包括生理学、病理学、症状学、体格检查和实验室检查等。理……
