【摘 要】目的：探究问题导向学习教学法在手术室实习护生教学中的应用。方法：本研究涉及对象为20例手术室实习护生，研究时间为2018年5月-2019年4月，分为参照组与研究组，每组各10例，给予参照组常规带教，给予研究组问题导向导向教学，对比两组护生的知识情况、思维能力，进行统计学分析。结果：对于教学后知识情况、思维能力评分，研究组明显更优，形成统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：手术室实习护生采用问题导向教学法进行教学，有效提高知识水平，改善思维能力，应用效果显著。

Abstract： objective： To explore the application of problem-oriented learning method in the teaching of nursing students in the operating room. Methods the subjects of this study were 20 operating room nursing students. The study period was from May 2018 to April 2019. They were divided into the reference group and the research group， with 10 cases in each group. Results the score of knowledge and thinking ability after teaching was significantly better in the study group， forming a statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion the application of problem-oriented teaching method in operating room nursing students can effectively improve the level of knowledge and the ability of thinking.

前言

传统教育模式重要为灌输式学习，其教学内容较为死板，方法单一，无法激发学生的学习积极性，影响学习成绩，且不利于培养学生创新思维[1]。近年来，随着临床研究的深入，更多带教管理应用于临床，例如以问题为中心教学方法等，取得显著效果。基于此，本文将以20例实习护生为对象，探究问题导向学习教学法在手术室实习护生教学中的應用。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

本研究涉及对象为20例手术室实习护生，研究时间为2018年5月-2019年4月，分为参照组与研究组，每组各10例。其中参照组，均为女性，年龄为18岁-23岁，平均年龄为（21.82±0.54）岁。研究组，均为女性，年龄为19岁-24岁，年龄平均值为（21.97±0.72）岁。两组实习护生一般资料分析，P>0.05，具有可比性。

1.2 教学方法

1.2.1 参照组 参照组采用传统教学：由教师带领下，根据教学大纲内容授课。实习生跟随教师诊治患者，并由教师分析与诊断，并提出有关诊疗意见。

1.2.2 研究组 研究组采用问题导向学习教学法：运用小组形式、入科教育对学生进行教育，讲述此教学模式，并由学生提问，教师解答，是学生充分掌握此模式有关知识。1……
