【摘 要】目的：观察在鼻尖肥大整形术当中应用鼻翼软骨移植的效果。方法：我院自2016年3月至2019年3月收治行鼻尖肥大整形术患者共计86例，按照数学随机方法分成两组：实验组和对照组，对照组术中采用膨体聚四氟乙烯假体填充，实验组术中采取自体鼻翼软骨填充。比较两组患者鼻塑形效果，并评价是否会对鼻部生理功能造成影响。结果：经整形，两组患者鼻长皆有增加，但数值比较并无很大差异（P>0.05）。与整形术前比较，术后两组患者鼻尖高度、鼻尖两顶尖距离指标数据均见改善，且实验组改善数据更佳（P<0.05）。在术前、术后的鼻腔纤毛运动速率、鼻腔阻力值比较上，两组间均无很大差异性（P>0.05）。结论：在鼻尖肥大整形术当中采用自体鼻翼软骨移植既能保证术后良好的塑型效果，又不会给鼻部生理功能造成不良影响，应用价值高。

Abstract： objective： To observe the effect of alar cartilage transplantation in nasal tip hyperplastic surgery. Methods： from March 2016 to March 2019， a total of 86 patients underwent nasal tip hyperplastic surgery in our hospital were divided into two groups according to mathematical random method： experimental group and control group. The control group was filled with expanded polytetrafluoroethylene prosthesis， while the experimental group was filled with autogenous alar cartilage. The effects of nasal shaping in the two groups were compared and the effects on physiological function of the nose were evaluated. Results： after plastic surgery， nasal length increased in both groups， but there was no significant difference （P >.05）. Compared with that before plastic surgery， the index data of nasal tip height and tip distance were improved in both groups， and the improved data in the experimental group was better （P < 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the rate of nasal cilia movement and nasal resistance between the two groups before and after surgery （P >， 0.05）. Conclusion： autogenous alar cartilage transplantation in hyperplastic nasal tip surgery can not only ensure a good shaping effect after surgery， but also not cause adverse effects on the physiological function of the nose.

鼻子因正位于面部中間位置，且突出于面部，把控着面部整体的立体和美观性，因此，人们一直都把鼻子称作“颜面之王”，对鼻子整体美观性的表现，鼻尖可以说是有着决定性作用。但鼻尖处是由复杂的组织结构组成的，所起到的生理功能也非常重要，因此在鼻综合整形美容术当中，尤以鼻尖塑性最有难度[1]。临床既往常规使用硅胶、膨体材料等假体来在鼻尖肥大整形术当中用于填充，但通过跟踪随访我们发现，假体所维持的效果时间并不长久，而且外部形态表现也比较差。因此，为获得更佳的塑性效果，本次研究旨在对行鼻尖肥大整形术的患者采用自体鼻翼软骨填充，对应用效果进行论述。
