[摘    要]近年来，大数据、信息化等概念的出现表明我国的信息化建设已经遍布各行各业，影响着人们生产生活的方方面面，在看到成绩的同时，一些问题也逐步暴露。如何趋利避害，化解好技术发展过程中存在的问题是时代进步的必然要求。本文从信息化监理的基本概念入手分析了其对于信息化系统工程的重要性，为推进信息化监理的普及贡献绵薄之力。

[Abstract]In recent years， the emergence of big data， information and other concepts shows that the information construction of our country has spread all kinds of industries， affecting all aspects of people's production and life， while seeing the achievements， some problems are also gradually exposed. How to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages and solve the problems in the process of technological development is the inevitable requirement of the progress of the times. This paper analyzes the importance of information system engineering from the basic concept of information supervision， and contributes a little to the popularization of information supervision.

監理的概念较早出现在建筑工程中，其作用是保证工程质量，达到目标要求。近年来，随着技术的发展，大数据概念的普及，很多企业或者项目开始着手建立本企业或者项目的信息化系统来满足对数据的需求。这在一定程度上促进了社会的发展，但是信息泄露，数据加密技术差等问题逐渐暴露了信息化系统存在的不足，究其原因就是在信息化系统的建设过程中缺乏第三方监管，导致行业鱼龙混杂，给一些居心不良的不法分子以可乘之机。为此，为了保证信息化系统的安全性，保护公民的信息安全，借鉴建筑工程的监理，对信息化系统建设加以监管是十分必要的。本文就从信息化监理的概念入手分析了其在信息化系统建设中应用的重要性，来呼吁重视信息安全，促进信息安全。
