【摘要】小学道德与法治的开设，对学生道德素质的提升与法治意识的优化有着关键作用，加之当前教育形势的发展，立德树人的教育呼声渐长，科学的德育教学方法不仅能减少和预防未成年人犯罪，增强学生的自我保护意识，还能促使学生以道德规范约束自己的行为，促进学生健康成长。笔者针对当前小学道德与法治教学中德育工作的现状展开分析，并针对性地给出教学策略，旨在提高小学道德与法治学科的教学实效性，助力学生后续学习与全面发展。

Teaching Strategies of Primary School Morality and Rule of Law under the Back‐ground of Lide Shuren

【Abstract】The establishment of elementary school ethics and the rule of law plays a key role in improving studentsmor‐al quality and optimizing the awareness of the rule of law. In addition to the development of the current educational situation， the voice of education for moral education is growing. Scientific moral education teaching methods can not only reduce and prevent futureAdult crimes can enhance studentssense of self-protection， and can also encourage students to restrain their be‐haviors with ethics and promote their healthy growth. The author analyzes the current status of moral education in the current elementary school ethics and rule of law teaching， and gives targeted teaching strategies， aiming to improve the effectiveness of the teaching of elementary school ethics and rule of law， and help students follow-up learning and overall development.

一、立德樹人理念运用于小学道德与法治教学中的意义

（一）增加学生在学习过程中真实的情感收获

参透“立德树人”教学理念的基本内涵，并在小学道德与法治教学中落实德育，不仅能激发学生的自主学习积极性，还能增加学生在学习过程中真实的情感收获。以往的小学道德与法治课堂中，教师受传统教学理念等多方面客观因素的制约，学生学习积极性较差，导致最后的教学成果不尽如人意，长此以往，大部分学生选择不再重视这门课程。但在当前的教育形式下，传统教育理念已渐渐走出课堂，现代化的教育模式逐渐兴起，在小学道德与法治教学中开展德育，注重以归还学生课堂主体地位等现代化教学方法为手段，提高学生对该门课程的积极性。
