熊果苷联合微激光对皮肤美白的效果研究

[摘要]目的:探究熊果苷联合微激光对于皮肤美白的疗效及安全性。方法:80例有皮肤美白需求的就医者,将其随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组采用微激光治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用熊果苷治疗。比较两组就医者的黑色素水平、黑色素降低率、反射光谱及不良反应。结果:治疗后,两组患者的黑色素水平均显著下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组黑色素降低率显著小于对照组[(0.75±0.18)% vs(0.89±0.25)%,t=2.874,P=0.005];两组反射光谱均显著高于治疗前,黑色素等生色物质含量显著减少,观察组患者的生色物质含量显著少于对照组;两组患者均未出现皮肤红肿、色素沉着及光变态反应等不良反应。 结论:熊果苷联合微激光可以明显减少皮肤中黑色素的水平,具有较好的美白效果。与单一应用微激光比较,联合熊果苷治疗后反射光谱均显著增加,黑色素等生色物质含量显著减少,不良反应少。

Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Arbutin Combined with Microlaser for Skin Whitening

Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of arbutin combined with micro-laser in skin whitening. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into the observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). The control group was treated with micro-laser, while the observation group was treated with arbutin on the basis of the control group. The melanin level, melanin reduction rate, reflectance spectrum and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the melanin levels of the two groups were significantly decreased, and the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The melanin reduction rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group[(0.75±0.18)% vs (0.89±0.25)%, t=2.874, P=0.005]. The reflectance spectra of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the content of chromogenic substances such as melanin was significantly reduced. The content of chromogenic substances in patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. There were no adverse reactions such as skin redness, pigmentation and photo allergy in the two groups. Conclusion Arbutin combined with micro-laser can significantly reduce the level of melanin in skin and has good whitening effect. Compared with the single application of micro-laser,the reflection spectrum after combined arbutin treatment is significantly increased,the content of chromogenic substances such as melanin is significantly reduced,and the occurrence of adverse reactions is less.

微激光是應用于医学领域的低功率激光,包括有半导体激光器和发光二极管,激光强度较低,不会对机体功能造成巨大损伤[1]。熊果苷是一种人黑素细胞的酪氨酸酶抑制剂,通过与酪氨酸直接结合,具有美白功效,从而减少皮肤色素沉积[2]。目前微激光等方法已经广泛应用于皮肤美白中,但容易引起皮肤炎症及红斑等过敏反应,在临床应用中效果不是很佳[3]。采用熊果苷等化学美白剂能避免皮肤直接激光照射带来的不良反应,如:灼伤、水肿及面部色素沉着等,作为安全性较好的化妆品原料,熊果苷在美白方面的效应也受到极大关注[4]。本研究选取笔者科室就诊的有皮肤美白需求的80例就医者进行对照研究,并用光谱学方法进行定量检测,旨在探究熊果苷联合微激光对于皮肤美白的疗效及安全性。

1  资料和方法

1.1 一般资料:经笔者医院医学伦理委员会审核通过后,选取2017年3月-2019年6月笔者科室收治的80例有美白需求的就医者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。……
