[摘    要 ]提取浓缩过程是中药质量保障的关键，在线监控技术的应用，可以有效地提升提取浓缩工艺的稳定性，提升中药质量的稳定性。本文首先介绍中药提取浓缩工艺特性，然后对在线监控系统的应用和设计结构进行探索分析。

[Abstract]The extraction and concentration process is the key to the quality assurance of traditional Chinese medicine. The application of online monitoring technology can effectively improve the stability of extraction and concentration process and improve the stability of traditional Chinese medicine quality. This paper first introduces the characteristics of extraction and concentration of traditional Chinese medicine， and then explores the application and design structure of online monitoring system.

中药的化学组成成分是比较复杂的，并且其中包括多种有效成分，也包含无效成分，并夹杂着一些有毒物质，所以在提取时只提取其中有效的成分，目的是让中药制剂可以达到最好的治疗效果。所以，提取中药的工艺流程和方法对中药制剂的临床效果有很大的影响。过去的中药提取工艺的控制精度比较差、耗能量大等这些缺点，所以才要和现代制药设备相结合，从而完善中药的提取工艺。目前，大部分中药都是按照传统方式提取分离，有一定的传承性，但是传统提取工艺相对落后，部分环节很难做到精密控制（如提取时间、加入的溶媒量），且存在能耗高等问题。将监控系统应用到浓缩过程中，有利于提高中药提取的效率和质量。

1 中药提取浓缩工艺特性

中药提取工艺流程一般涉及提取、浓缩、干燥、包装等工序，提取工序为在提取罐中利用溶剂将中药有效成分提取出来，通常在加热的条件下进行，并通过溶剂回流以增加提取效率。提取完毕后，溶液通过底部出料阀出料，经过滤后转至浓缩工序，最后浓缩液经过干燥后制成干膏。……
