【摘 要】目的：高血压性脑出血患者实施院前急诊治疗的效果。方法：以我院75例高血压性脑出血患者为研究对象，将患者分成研究组和对照组，研究组患者在入院前进行急诊治疗，对照组患者入院前未作任何急诊处理，对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果：研究组患者未出现死亡，对照组患者中出现了6例死亡。结论：对高血压性脑出血患者应用院前急诊治疗，可以有效降低病死率。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of pre-hospital emergency treatment in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.METHODS： Seventy-five patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January to October 2018 were enrolled in the study.According to the patient's wishes， the 80 patients were divided into study group （40 cases） and control group （35）.For example， in the two groups， the patients in the study group were treated with emergency treatment before admission.The patients in the control group were not given any emergency treatment before admission， and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.RESULTS： There was no mortality in the study group.All patients were discharged after treatment.There were 6 deaths in the control group and the mortality rate was 17.14%.The mortality of the two groups was different.There were statistics.Significance （p<0.05）.Conclusion： Pre-hospital emergency treatment for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can effectively reduce the mortality rate， improve the prognosis of patients and promote the health of patients.

高血压性脑出血是高血压病最严重的并发症之一。对于高血压患者而言，患者血压持续升高，就会引起脑内小动脉发生病变，容易出现动脉破裂而出血。本文特对我院75例高血压性脑出血患者进行相关研究，作如下报道。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 此次研究对象为我院75例高血压性脑出血患者，患者入选时间为2018年1月至10月。根据患者的意愿，将患者分成研究组和对照组两组。男性50例，女性25例，年龄（57.25±0.25）岁。

1.2 方法 对照组患者接诊后直接送往医院，现场未作任何抢救处理;研究组患者在接诊后送往医院前，进行院前急诊治疗，具体如下：

1.2.1 医护人员赶至现场后，先观察患者的生命体征，对患者的病情进行初步诊断，然后根据患者的病情进行相应的急救处理。

1.2.2 将患者的头部偏向一边，及时清理患者口腔的呕吐物，保持患者呼吸道畅通，并把患者的体位摆放好。

1.2.3 建立静脉通道。在患者病情危急的情况下，要立即对患者进行药物治疗，并建立静脉通道，对患者进行液体输液。……
