【摘 要】 目的：在产房工作中实施一对一全产程陪伴的优质护理服务，对其应用情况进行分析。方法：将2017年3月至2018年3月于本院进行阴道分娩的产妇中抽取500例作为研究对象，对其进行分组，组别包括对照组和观察组，对照组主要接受常规护理，观察组则接受常规护理的同时进行一对一全产程陪伴的优质护理，将两组护理满意度进行对比。结果：调查数据表明，观察组产妇对于护理的满意度优于对照组，且护理后观察组的SDS、SAS评分明显低于对照组，统计学分析具有显著差异。结论：在产房工作中可以采取一对一的全产程陪伴优质护理，可以给产妇提供良好的服务，显著改善产妇的心理状态，有利于提高产妇及其家属对于护理的满意度。

[Abstract] Objective：To carry out one-to-one quality nursing service in the delivery room， and analyze its application. Methods： 500 women with vaginal delivery in our hospital were selected as subjects during the period from March 2017 to March 2018. The subjects were grouped into control and observation groups. The control groups received routine care. The observation group received regular care while performing one-to-one full-delivery accompanied quality care， comparing the two groups of nursing satisfaction. Results： Survey data showed that the observation group maternal satisfaction with nursing is better than the control group， and after nursing observation group SDS， SAS scores were significantly lower than the control group， statistical analysis has a significant difference. Conclusion： In the delivery room work， one-on-one quality nursing service can be taken， which can provide good service to the maternal， significantly improve the psychological state of the maternal， is conducive to improving the maternal and their families for nursing satisfaction.

随着生活质量水平不斷的提升，我国十分重视服务行业的质量水平，其中医院属于主要的服务行业，要求其在治疗、护理等方面加强质量。而产房是具有较高风险的部门，其中护理措施十分重要，它关系到产妇以及新生儿的生命健康[1]。本研究特针对于本院所收治的进行阴道分娩的产妇实施一对一全产程陪伴的优质护理服务，取得良好的满意度，具体报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

在2017年3月至2018年3月于本院进行阴道分娩的产妇中抽取500例作为研究对象，对其进行分组，组别包括对照组和观察组。对照组产妇年龄22～34岁，年龄平均为（26.3±2.1）岁，有165例为初产妇，有85例为经产妇;观察组产妇年龄23～32岁，年龄平均为（27.1±1.8）岁，有160例为初产妇，有90例为经产妇。……
