摘  要：随着大数据时代的到来，利用高校人才培养工作数据平台（以下简称数据平台）提升高校管理水平，成为新时代教育发展的需求。本文通过阐述TRIZ理论应用于数据平台的优势和特点，提出了基于TRIZ理论的数据平台优化思路，分析了技术进化理论的应用机制，旨在提高数据平台在数据时代高校管理工作中的工具效能。

Abstract：With the advent of the era of big data，improving the level of college management has become the demand for the development of education in the new era，by using of the data platform of high vocational college talent-training status （the data platform）. This paper expounds the advantages and characteristics of the TRIZ theory applied to the data platform，proposes the optimization idea of the data platform based on TRIZ theory，and analyzes the application mechanism of technology evolution theory，the purpose of this paper is to improve the effectiveness of the data platform in the management of colleges and universities in the data age.

高校人才培養工作状态数据平台（以下简称平台）始建于2009年，最初是教育部用以了解各院校发展现状的基本举措之一。平台数据的建设到今年已经经历了十年，从刚开始的Excel简单表单数据采集功能，一步步发展出数据汇总、核心指标归纳、典型案例生成等进阶功能，逐步成为教育部专家、省级管理机构和高等职业学校管理层获取各高校基本办学情况、师资队伍建设、专业课程建设、社会评价等核心指标基础数据的重要途径。数据平台基本实现了平台规划之初设计的三个重要功能，即统计汇总、管理监控和比较分析。尤其是近几年来，各高校内部质量保证体系诊改工作拉开帷幕，作为内部质量保证体系诊改工作“五纵五横一平台”顶层设计中重要的“一平台”，是获取诊改基本数据的基本保障，是诊改内涵建设任务中的数据支撑，是检验诊改工作取得成效的关键因素。

1  平台数据的采集分析及应用现状

各高校经过多年的数据采集，积累了大量数据，基础数据不可谓不丰富，构建高阶平台数据的基础不可谓不牢固，发掘高阶平台数据应用的需求不可谓不强烈。……
