ACTL生物基因靶向克毒技术在治疗尖锐湿疣中的应用

【摘 要】目的: 探讨ACTL生物基因靶向克毒技术在治疗尖锐湿疣中的临床效果。方法:2018年3月-2018年12月在各研究机构以确诊的154名尖锐湿疣患者做为研究对象,运用该技术进行治疗,结果:3天疣体自然脱落,治疗1-2周后复查,疣体完全消失,粘膜恢复正常,一次性治愈率98%,跟踪随访6月,未发现复发病例。结论:ACTL生物基因靶向克毒技术在治疗尖锐湿疣方面有显著疗效,其技术,疗效确切,灭毒彻底、杜绝复发,安全可靠,值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the clinical efficacy of ACTL biogen targeted antitoxic technology in treating genital wart. Method: 154 patients diagnosed of Condyloma Acuminatum in various research institutions from March2018 to December 2018were enrolled and treated by using this technology. Result: Wart fell off naturally three days later, recheck 1 to 2 weeks later found that wart disappeared completely, the mucosa recovered to normal, One time cure rate is 98%,and follow-up visit lasted for 6 months and found no recurrent cases. Conclusion: ACTL biogen targeted antitoxic technology has a significant effect in the treatment of genital wart. It should be promoted in clinic due to its advanced technology, definite clinical efficacy, thorough detoxification, prevention from recurrence and high safety and reliability.

尖銳湿疣(Condyloma Acuminatum,CA)是一种常见的由人类乳头瘤病毒(Human PaPillomavirus,HPV)感染引起的性传播疾病,国外发病率占性病的第2位, 近年来国内发病率明显上升[1] 。好发在冠状沟,包皮,龟头,系带,尿道口,阴茎体,肛周和阴囊等部位,在性传播疾病中发病率仅低于淋病[2],临床研究发现,尖锐湿疣的传染性强,且治疗后复发率较高[3]。虽然治疗尖锐湿疣的方案很多,手术切除治疗,药物治疗,CO2激光治疗等 ,均无法有效解决复发问题,而且在尿道部位反复治疗,还易出现出血量较大,易感染,尿道瘢痕狭窄等并发症[4],疗效并不十分理想,同时长期的反复治疗,期间有传染性,严重影响患者的日常生活,并带来相应的心理负担,因此,积极寻找具有彻底治愈、复发率低的治疗方法,是目前这一领域急待解决的问题。
