【摘  要】目的：通过对永定路社区0～6个月婴儿纯母乳喂养的现状进行调查分析，探讨影响纯母乳喂养因素，以提高本社区0～6个月婴儿的纯母乳喂养率。方法：采用自制问卷调查218例0～6个月婴儿纯母乳喂养情况。结果：婴儿实行纯母乳喂养159例（73.06%），混合喂养52例（23.63%），人工喂养7例（3.31%）。产妇的文化程度、家庭收入、分娩方式、是否接受健康教育等因素对纯母乳的影响有显著性差异。结论：纯母乳喂养受多种因素影响，进一步加强对母乳喂养知识和技能的宣传，提高母乳喂养率。

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate and analyze the current situation of pure breastfeeding for infants aged 0 to 6 months in Yongding Road community， and to explore the influencing factors of pure breastfeeding， so as to improve the rate of pure breastfeeding for infants aged 0 to 6 months in this community. Methods：218 infants aged 0 to 6 months were investigated by self-made questionnaire. Results：159 infants （73.06%） were breastfed exclusively， 52 infants （23.63%） were fed mixed and 7 infants （3.31%） were fed artificially. There were significant differences in the influence of maternal education， family income， mode of delivery and whether to accept health education on pure breast milk. Conclusion：Pure breastfeeding is influenced by many factors. We should further strengthen the propaganda of knowledge and skills of breastfeeding and improve the rate of breastfeeding.

母乳是0-6个月婴儿最合理的“营养配餐”，能提供6个月内婴儿所需的全部营养。有研究显示[1]，纯母乳喂养能够帮助婴儿的神经系统发育，提高婴儿的认知能力，同时减少婴儿过敏性疾病和猝死综合症的发生率。世界卫生组织和联合国儿童基金会于2002年联合制定的《婴幼儿喂养全球策略》中指出，在生命的最初6个月应对婴儿进行纯母乳喂养以实现最佳生长、发育和健康，北京市儿童营养均衡计划要求2020年0-6个月婴儿纯母乳喂养率达70%以上。

1对象和方法

1.1对象

将2015年10月至2016年10月期间儿保门诊中的0-6个月婴儿及其母亲作为调查对象，要求调查对象自愿参加本研究，研究期间居住在北京市，无精神疾患，产妇或新生儿因一些特殊原因影响母乳喂养实施者（新生儿有某些先天性缺陷等，多胎等），不予纳入本研究。将自行设计的调查表发放给婴儿母亲，共发放22份调查问卷，收回有效问卷218份，有效应答率99.09%。……
