摘  要：石油化工是我国新兴的工业，主要指将石油作为原料生产化学品的化工业，化工业高速发展时期为二战后，生产化学品原料转变为石油天然气，目前化工中使用大多数是不间断UPS供电系统，处于易燃易爆生产环境，要求自动化生产工艺具有较高的安全性，做好化工电气仪表安全供电工作尤为重要。

Abstract：Petrochemical industry is a new industry in China. It mainly refers to the chemical industry that uses petroleum as raw material to produce chemicals. During the period of high-speed development of chemical industry after World War II，the raw material for producing chemicals has been transformed into petroleum and natural gas. At present，most of the power supply systems used in chemical industry are uninterrupted UPS，which is in flammable and explosive production environment. Automated production process has high safety，so it is particularly important to do a good job of safe power supply for Chemical Electrical instruments.

随着现代科技的发展，人们的生活需求也随之加大。各方面生活需求为化工业的发展带来了发展活力。而进行化工生产是解决人们需求缺口的有效途径之一。为此，在满足人们的基本需求的基础上，化工企业需要严格把控化工产品质量，确保化工行业的可持续化发展。如计算机，传感技术等在石化行业得到广泛应用，现代先进测控仪器的精度高，对石化生产中的温度等测量准度高，提高了石化生产的安全性，石化生产中应用的各种精密电气仪表供电为一级负荷，需要提高其供电系统的安全性，保证石化电气仪表安全正常运行。

一、石化电气仪表安全供电系统类型

根据石化电气仪表的功能不同，化工电气仪表可分为生产应用的DCS集散控制系统，生产现场所用的各类仪表，负责安全的SIS检测系统，用于集控站等辅助测控仪表。用于质量检测的各类仪表等。石化生产使用的精密仪器设备主要有温度仪，流量仪，分析测量仪，压力变送器等。对自动化生产系统一般采用DCS分散测控系统。……
