【摘  要】目的：通过分析国内中医体质学说研究代谢综合征的文献，总结代谢综合征在中医体质学上的特征与规律、研究现状，并探讨中医体质学说在代谢综合征方面的发展趋势。方法：以万方知识服务平台（Wanfangdata）、中国知网总库（CNKI）、维普中文期刊服务平台（cqVIP）自数据库收录至2019年6月期间发表的关于中医体质学说研究代谢综合征的文献为资料来源，对纳入排除后文献采用Note Express文献管理软件进行计量学分析，对文献内容进行讨论。结果：经纳入排除，共收集文献135篇，2014-2016年研究文献较多;关于代谢综合征和中医体质相关性、理论研究及综述、临床研究和代谢综合征患者体质辨识方面的文献较多。词频云图显示研究相对分散;词共现关系上显示痰湿质与代谢综合征、多囊卵巢综合症、血脂、高血压等是研究趋势。结论：中医体质学说在代谢综合征防治方面具有积极的意义。

【Abstract】 Objective： To summarize the characteristics， rules and research status of metabolic syndrome in TCM constitution， and explore the development trend of TCM constitution theory in metabolic syndrome by analyzing domestic literature on metabolic syndrome of TCM constitution theory on.Methods： Based on the related articles collected from Wanfangdata， CNKI and cqVIP before June 2019， the paper analyzed the inclusive information after the exclusion through bibliometric analysis by using NoteExpress， and gave a qualitative discussion on the article contents. Results： A total of 135 articles were collected after inclusion and exclusion， it shows that there are more articles published during 2014 to 2016.These articles mostly focus on the correlation between metabolic syndrome and TCM constitution， theoretical research and review， clinical research and identification of the constitution of patients with metabolic syndrome.Word frequency cloud map shows that the research is relatively scattered. Word co-occurrence shows that the relationship between phlegm-dampness and metabolic syndrome， polycystic ovary syndrome， blood lipid and hypertension are future research trend. Conclusion： TCM constitution theory has positive significance in the prevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome.

代谢综合征是一组以肥胖、高血糖、血脂异常以及高血压等聚集发病、严重影响机体健康的临床症候群。目前研究显示，代谢综合征患者是发生心脑血管疾病的高危人群，其罹患心血管疾病和2型糖尿病的风险均显著增加[1]。随着社会的发展，人民生活水平普遍提高，代谢综合征（MS）患病率急剧升高。尤其近年来儿童超重和肥胖、成人脂肪肝、多囊卵巢综合征患者增多，代谢综合征已成为人类健康和社会公共卫生安全的严重危害之一。……
