【摘 要】空气预热器是锅炉主要的尾部受热面，在运行过程中普遍存在低温腐蚀、堵灰等现象，严重影响锅炉的正常运行。本文通过我公司在电站锅炉上将管式空气预热器改为搪瓷热管式空气预热器在电站锅炉中的应用分析，搪瓷热管式空气预热器在降低锅炉排烟温度、提高热效率以及降低尾部受热面腐蚀方面存在极大的优势，有着极大的应用前景及经济效益。

Air preheater is a major in heating surface at the rear of the boiler，is common in the process of running the phenomenon such as low temperature corrosion and plugging ash，seriously affect the normal operation of the boiler.In this paper，my company will tubular air preheater in power station boiler to enamel heat pipe air preheater in the analysis of application of power plant boiler，enamel heat pipe air preheater in reducing boiler exhaust temperature，improve the thermal efficiency and reduce the tail heating surface corrosion has great advantages，has a great application prospect and economic benefit.

1、引言

为了回收锅炉尾部烟气余热，提高进入锅炉效率，在锅炉尾部一般布置有空气预热器。但无论是工业锅炉还是电站锅炉，空气预热器都存在着一个共同的难题——严重的低温酸腐蚀和堵灰，特别是燃用较高硫分燃料时尤为突出，结果是漏风系数增大、引風机出力不足、炉膛出现正压、排烟温度升高，导致锅炉效率降低、达不到额定负荷，严重影响锅炉的安全和经济运行。

造成空气预热器的低温腐蚀的根本原因是壁面温度低于烟气酸露点，以前曾经采取在空气预热器前增加暖风器、热风再循环系统来提高进入空气预热器的冷风温度，但由于不能从根本上解决问题以及锅炉效率降低等原因而收效不大。

热管式空气预热器内腔蒸汽处于饱和状态，热管壁温始终接近管内工质的饱和温度，高于烟气酸露点温度，降低空气预热器低温腐蚀及堵灰。同时热管式空气预热器换热能力强、结构紧凑，可以降低锅炉排烟温度，提高锅炉效率。……
