【摘  要】目的：探討系统性护理联合耳穴压豆对胃癌晚期癌性疼痛患者负性情绪、疼痛程度与生存质量的影响。方法：将2017年1月-2019年1月期间我院诊治的67例胃癌晚期癌性疼痛患者纳入研究对象，随机分成观察组（34例）和对照组（33例），对照组采用常规治疗和护理工作，观察组在对照组基础上实施系统性护理联合耳穴压豆进行干预，比较两组护理的临床效果。结果：经过不同干预，观察组焦虑评分和抑郁评分分别为（41.7±3.11）分和（40.23±3.23）分，对照组焦虑评分和抑郁评分分别为（48.37±3.32）分和（49.37±3.24）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组患者疼痛评分为（2.35±1.25）分，对照组疼痛评分为（4.94±1.23）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组患者生活质量评分为（18.66±7.51）分，对照组患者生活质量评分为（7.24±7.34）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对胃癌晚期癌性疼痛患者实施系统性护理联合耳穴压豆方法，效果显著，可以有效改善患者的负性情绪、疼痛程度以及生存质量，值得在临床上推广和应用。

【Abstract】 Objective： To explore the effect of systematic nursing combined with ear point pressing on negative emotion， pain degree and quality of life of patients with advanced cancer pain of gastric cancer. Methods： 67 patients with advanced cancer pain of gastric cancer treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group （34 cases） and control group （33 cases）. The control group received routine treatment and nursing. The observation group received systematic nursing combined with ear point pressing for intervention on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of two groups of nursing were compared. Results： After different interventions， the anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were （41.7 + 3.11） and （40.23 + 3.23） respectively. The anxiety score and depression score of the control group were （48.37 + 3.32） and （49.37 + 3.24） respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups （P < 0.05）. The pain score in the control group was （4.94 （+1.23）， with significant difference between the two groups （P < 0.05）; the quality of life score in the observation group was （18.66 （+7.51） and that in the control group was （7.24 （+7.34）， with significant difference between the two groups （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： Systematic nursing combined with ear acupoint pressing method for patients with advanced cancer pain of gastric cancer has significant effect. It can effectively improve the negative emotion， pain degree and quality of life of patients， and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
