某超高层建筑深基坑支护技术研究

摘 要:近年来,随着城市基础设施建设水平的提高,工程建设技术难点也越来越多,其中尤为突出的是由于城市用地愈发紧张,深基坑的支护难度越来越大。因此,在支护空间紧张且基坑较深的情况下,设计最安全、合理、经济的基坑支护设计方案就变得尤为必要。本文以某超高层建筑深基坑支护设计为例,在综合分析项目周边环境、水文地质条件的基础上,最终确定出最为经济合理的基坑支护方案,以期为同地区同类施工项目的设计及施工提供参考。

Abstract: In recent years, with the improvement of the level of urban infrastructure construction, the technical difficulties of engineering construction are more and more. The most prominent reason is that the urban land is more and more tense, and the support of deep foundation pit is more and more difficult. Therefore, in the case of tight support space and deep foundation pit, it is particularly necessary to design the safest, reasonable and economical design scheme of foundation pit support. Taking the design of deep foundation pit support for a super high-rise building as an example, based on the comprehensive analysis of the surrounding environment and hydrogeological conditions of the project, the most economical and reasonable foundation pit support scheme was finally determined, with a view to providing reference for the design and construction of similar construction projects in the same area.

1 深基坑工程概况

拟建项目位于西安市高新区超高层集群区域,建筑总高度约350m,基坑东西宽约144.9m,实际支护深度为17.5~19.3m。项目东邻在建的中铁·西安中心(高230m),西邻在建的西安迈科商业中心(高220m),北侧为在建的西安·绿地中心双子塔(高270m)。

2 水文地质概况

项目的地质勘查报告显示,基坑开挖范围内的土层主要为杂填土、素填土、黄土状土及粉质黏土,土层中局部夹砂层透镜体。

勘察期间,实测地下水埋深22.20~25.60m,相应标高389.82~391.82m,属潜水[1]类型。此外,自然地面下10~12m局部有上层滞水[2]。因此,本工程应考虑降水设计,且降水风险较大。

3 支护设计选型介绍及分析

3.1 设计原则

由于拟建项目基坑深度大,周边环境条件复杂,支护设计应以安全为第一前提,并在此基础上尽可能降低支护造价,为建设方提供安全、科学、经济、合理、工期短和易操作的支护方案[3,4]。……
