摘 要：随着我国经济产业结构的升级、城市产业布局的调整，工业企业搬迁、改造或关停产生的污染场地数量与日俱增，急需进行工业污染场地修复工作，以保障城市人居健康、生态安全和社会稳定。本文首先介绍了污染场地的定义和分类，然后阐述污染场地修复技术，最后指出目前污染场地管理和修复存在的主要问题，并对未来的污染场地治理进行展望。

Abstract： Along with the upgrade of industrial structure and distribution readjustment of urban industries， the number of the industrial contaminated sites is increasing because of relocation or closure of industrial enterprises. Remediation of the industrial contaminated sites require urgently for human health， ecological safety and social stability. Firstly， this paper introduced the definition and classification of polluted sites， then expounded the remediation technology of polluted sites， finally pointed out the main problems existing in the management and remediation of polluted sites， and looked forward to the future treatment of polluted sites.

近年来，随着国民经济的快速发展、产业结构的升级、城市布局的调整以及我国“退二进三”“退城进园”等系列政策的出台和落实，大中城市的许多工业企业被改造、关停或搬迁至产业集聚园区，导致城市中出现大量的、情况复杂的遗留污染场地，涉及化工、石油、冶金、运输等多种行业。根据环保部的不完全统计，现在我国，面积大于1万m2的污染场地超过了50万块[1]。环保部2014年发布的《全国土壤污染状况调查公报》调查的81块工业废弃地的土壤中，超标率占34.9%，工业废弃的场地污染问题突出[2]。大量的工业污染场地存在土壤污染、地下水污染、挥发性物质的大气污染等许多棘手的问题。另外，若非法作为人居用地、公共设施建设、绿化用地等，会对公众健康和生态环境造成极大的威胁。目前，场地修复是解决污染场地最直接、最有效的办法，但我国在场地修复管理和技术层面发展还相对不足。……
