摘 要：平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司一矿工业广场内现排矸方式为汽车外运，即洗煤厂矸石和矿井掘进矸石通过皮带转运到矸石场，由铲车装到汽车外运。随着环保要求越来越高，将禁止矸石外运汽车上路，这势必造成一矿矸石积压和无处排放的局面，严重影响一矿洗煤厂的洗选加工及矿井的正常生产。本文对其矸石铁路运输系统进行改造，通过增加1部带式输送机，解决了无法汽车外运矸石的问题。矸石铁路运输系统改造缓解了一矿矸石运输能力紧张的问题，同时保证了矸石长期有序、稳定地装车外运，保证了矿井的正常生产，对其他矿井矸石铁路运输系统改造具有借鉴意义。

Abstract： In the industrial square of No. 1 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Industry Co.， Ltd.， gangue is discharged by automobile， that is， gangue from coal washery and mine driving are transported to gangue yard by belt， and loaded by forklift to automobile. With the increasing requirements of environmental protection， it will be forbidden to transport gangue to the road， which will inevitably lead to a backlog of gangue and exhaust situation， seriously affecting the washing and processing of coal washery and the normal production of the mine. In this paper， the railway transportation system of gangue was reformed. By adding a belt conveyor， the problem that gangue can not be transported by automobiles is solved. The transformation of gangue railway transportation system alleviates the shortage of gangue transportation capacity in a mine， ensures the long-term orderly and stable loading and transportation of gangue， ensures the normal production of the mine， and has reference significance for the transformation of other mine gangue railway transportation system.

平頂山天安煤业股份有限公司一矿（以下简称“平煤股份一矿”）位于平顶山矿区中部，距市区较近。矿院内工业广场生产产生的矸石经排矸带式输送机运至矸石场储存，由铲车装汽车外运。随着环保要求越来越严，将禁止矸石外运汽车上路，这势必会造成一矿矸石积压堆积和无处排放的局面，严重影响一矿洗煤厂的洗选加工及矿井的正常生产。为了保证一矿的正常生产运转，解决院内矸石外运的问题，必须改造一矿院内工业广场现在的矸石外运方式，达到环保要求，并满足一矿正常的生产要求。

1 设计指导思想

方案设计以安全、效益、环保为原则，对一矿矸石铁路运输系统进行改造，尽量利用现有场地和原有设施，保证矸石铁路运输系统改造工程建设时不影响或少影响矿井的生产，工程设计采用先进合理的技术、工艺及装备[1]。……
