摘要：目的：进行观察和讨论处于长期深静脉置管血液透析的患者产生的并发症，并进行预防性治疗与护理及效果。方法：对有肾衰竭并进行长期血液透析的病人进行观察。我院共有70例这样的患者，他们为本次实验研究的对象，将全部患者进行深静脉置管血液透析，其中35人进行预防性护理，将他们设为实验组，另外35名患者进行常规护理，将他们设置为对照组。比较实验组与对照组的护理效果。结果：实验组的并发症的发生率、患者对护理的满意程度和治愈度都要优于进行常护理的对照组。结论：血液透析的患者进行长期深静脉置管的治疗方式是一种有效的治疗手段，但其可能会带来一些并发症，对于一些可能出现的并发症，我们可以采取预防性的护理治疗，这样就可以提高血液透析的疗效并降低因为深静脉置管治疗而产生的并发症的病发率。所以说对长期深静脉置管的血液透析患者进行预防治疗是有必要的。
