摘要：目的 探讨血液灌流串联血液透析治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的护理。 方法 选取本院在2017年8月到2018年8月的32例血液灌流串联血液透析治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字法将患者分为观察组与对照组。对照组16例，采用常规的护理方法；观察组16例，采用全面的护理方法。观察两组患者的治疗效果。 结果 在本次探究中，采用了全面护理的患者的治疗效果明显优于采用了常规护理方法的患者，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 对患者实行全面护理可以明显地提高患者的治疗效果，效果理想。

[abstract] objective to explore the nursing care of patients with pruritus of uremia treated by hemoperfusion tandem hemodialysis. Methods 32 patients with pruritus of uremia treated by hemoperfusion tandem hemodialysis in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number method. Control group 16 cases，using routine nursing methods；Observation group 16 cases，using comprehensive nursing methods. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results in this study，the treatment effect of patients with comprehensive nursing was significantly better than that of patients with conventional nursing methods，and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）. Conclusion the effect of comprehensive nursing can be improved obviously.

隨着医学技术的不断发展，采用血液透析治疗尿毒症的技术不断完善。但是随着血液透析技术的广泛应用，出现皮肤瘙痒并发症的患者不断增多。【1】以往探究指出，给与患者血液灌流联合血液透析并进行合理全面的护理可以明显地提高患者的临床疗效。在本次探究中，我们探究了关于血液灌流串联血液透析治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的护理，现将研究内容报告如下。

一、资料与方法

1、一般资料

在本次的探究中选取了2017年8月到2018年8月32例尿毒症长期血液透析患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字法将选取的32例患者分为观察组与对照组。其中，观察组16例患者，女性6例，男性10例，患者的年龄为34-72岁，透析龄为2-9年；对照组16例患者，女性5例，男性11例，患者年龄32-71岁透析龄为2-10年。本次的探究研究对象均已经知晓，排除了患有其他皮肤疾病以及精神障碍的患者。两组患者在性别、年龄、透析龄等方面没有明显的统计学差异，可以进行比较。……
