【摘  要】目的：了解认知干预对鼻窦炎围手术期患者心理健康及护理满意度的影响。方法：随机将52例鼻窦炎患者分2组，常规组（n=26）接受常规护理，认知干预组（n=26）接受认知干预，对两组的护理效果进行评估与比较。结果认知干预组的心理健康指标和护理滿意度优于常规组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：将认知干预理念引入鼻窦炎患者的护理中，能够有效改善心理健康，提高护理满意度。

Effect of cognitive intervention on mental health and nursing satisfaction of patients with sinusitis during perioperative period

【Abstract】Objective： To understand the effect of cognitive intervention on mental health and nursing satisfaction of patients with sinusitis during perioperative period. Methods： 52 patients with sinusitis were randomly divided into 2 groups. The routine group （n=26） received routine nursing care， and the cognitive intervention group （n=26） received cognitive intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results：The mental health index and nursing satisfaction of the cognitive intervention group were better than the conventional group， which was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Introducing the concept of cognitive intervention into the care of patients with sinusitis can effectively improve mental health and improve nursing satisfaction.

鼻窦炎是常见临床疾病，患者在临床上常有鼻塞、头晕头痛等症状表现 [1]。近年来，随着环境恶化，鼻窦炎的罹患率逐年不断攀升，由此造成的医疗负担以及社会负担也有明显的加重[1-2]。因此，重视加强对鼻窦炎患者的护理管理，对于缓解患者病痛、促进其生活质量的提高至关重要。本组课题中，我院在鼻窦炎患者的护理中融合认知干预理念干预，效果较好。现将实验情况总结如下：

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

本组实验设计采集52例鼻窦炎患者的临床资料，患者均于2017年6月至2018年8月在我院接受系统诊疗且证实病情，已签署实验研究知情同意书，其中男性30例，女性22例，年龄范围27～71岁，中位年龄（43.34±4.82）岁;根据随机抽签法分两组（26例/组）实验，常规组与认知干预组的基线资料使用SPSS14.0软件统计分析，P>0.05，有可比性。

1.2 方法

常规组接受常规护理干预，包括引导患者检查、常规进行手术护理等。认知干预组在常规组基础上接受认知干预，具体如下：

（1）认知评估：根据档案资料整理结果，综合评估鼻窦炎患者的疾病认知水平，并帮助鼻窦炎患者制定符合个体需求的认知干预计划。
